Salami Chips

  • New Milano salami, in slices (as many as desired)


1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
2 Slice the salami in slices, as thin as possible.
3 Place the salami slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush each slice with oil.
4 Bake for 12-15 min, until edges start to curl.
5 Transfer the chips to a plate and allow to cool for 10 minutes.


For maximum taste enjoy the salami chips with your favorite sauce (honey mustard recommended).
