How it’s made

1 Poke a holes or carve all around the Loukaniko stick

2 Place in pan and add a half cup lemon juice and a half cup water for every stick

3 Bake at 350°F until red in color (approx. 15min): flip and bake again for another 15 minutes.

4 Loukaniko is ready when both sides are red. Enjoy!
