Our products

New Milano^TM manufactures three types of meat products that are all cooked to perfection: Pepperoni, salami, loukaniko (bbq sausage) and spicy sausage. Our products are sold to pizzerias, and are available in select grocery stores in Quebec.

Pepperoni

New Milano^TM Pepperoni; a fully cooked product that is considered a benchmark item in the industry. It has a very distinctive scent once included in pizza. Since it’s introduction, every restaurateur knows his pizza and submarines will have a superior taste with the use of New Milano^TM Pepperoni!

Ingredients

Pork, beef, water, salt, wheat flour (wheat), corn flour, spices, garlic, sodium nitrite, sodium erythorbate.

Salami

New Milano^TM Salami; our take on a classic cold cut. Supreme freshness is up front. Delicately spiced and unforgettable taste. Ideal for sandwiches or on its own as an hors d’oeuvre.

Loukaniko

New Milano^TM Loukaniko BBQ sausage; a fully cooked traditional Greek-style sausage with an orange zest. Ideal for outdoor bbq, omelettes and much more!

Pork, beef, water, salt, spices, wheat flour (wheat), corn flour, wine, orange peel, sodium nitrite, sodium erythorbate, garlic.

Spicy Sausage

New Milano^TM Spicy sausage; Always made from fresh premium cuts of meat just like our famous Loukaniko, our new Spicy sausage has the right balance of flavour and spiciness. A fully cooked product that can be conveniently prepared in the oven, grill or pan, this sausage is an excellent way to add taste and mild heat to your pizza, pasta or to enjoy on its own with your favourite sauce.
