Pepperoni Fusilli Skewers

Ingredients
 
250 ml (1 cup) tomato sauce
250 ml (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese 
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) dried oregano
250 g cooked fusilli pasta (about 2 cups)
12 thinly sliced rounds of pepperoni
12 wooden skewers 
 
Instructions
 
1. Thread the cooked fusilli onto the wooden skewers. 
2. Using a brush, coat the pasta with tomato sauce. 
3. Sprinkle with dried oregano, then top with shredded mozzarella. 
4. Add a slice of pepperoni to each skewer, either between the pasta pieces or at the 
end.
5. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
6. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and 
slightly golden. 
7. Serve warm as an appetizer or with a salad for a light meal.
