
Pepperoni and Cheese Burritos

200 ml (3⁄4 cup) cottage cheese, blended until smooth
250 ml (1 cup) sharp cheddar cheese, gratedGarlic powderSalt, and pepper to tasteDried oregano, to taste
8 burrito-sized flour tortillas
Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions:
- Cut the sausage into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Add the marinara sauce, then the blended cottage cheese, and finally the
grated sharp cheddar. Mix well until the filling is smooth and evenly
combined.- Divide the filling evenly among the 8 tortillas and roll them up to form
burritos.- Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment
paper.- Lightly brush each burrito with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the
tortillas are lightly golden and crispy.- Serve hot, optionally with a fresh salad or crunchy vegetables on the side.
