Mini spicy sausage Cheese Muffins with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

12 slices of spicy sausage
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
Oregano to taste
Thyme to taste
Dressing for dipping

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 
  2. Using a mini muffin tin, place one slice of spicy sausage at the bottom of each cup. 
  3. Mix the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses with oregano and thyme to taste. 
  4. Fill each muffin cup with the cheese mixture to the top. 
  5. Add another slice of spicy sausage on top of the cheese
  6. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. 
  7. Serve with dressing for dipping and enjoy
