Mini spicy sausage Cheese Muffins with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
12 slices of spicy sausage
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
60 ml (1⁄4 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
Oregano to taste
Thyme to taste
Dressing for dipping
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Using a mini muffin tin, place one slice of spicy sausage at the bottom of each cup.
- Mix the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses with oregano and thyme to taste.
- Fill each muffin cup with the cheese mixture to the top.
- Add another slice of spicy sausage on top of the cheese
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Serve with dressing for dipping and enjoy
