Cheese Stuffed Loukaniko

Ingredients

  • New Milano loukaniko, 2 sticks
  • 10 strips of bacon
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (or any other cheese)

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375 F.

2 Slice the two sticks of loukaniko in half, ¾ of the way down.

3 Stuff cheese into the halved loukaniko.

4 Wrap the loukaniko with the bacon strips, overlapping each strip.

5 Place wrapped loukaniko on baking sheet and bake until bacon is cooked to your liking.
