Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet, lightly brush with olive oil, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and set aside.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span role=\"presentation\"><b>Caramelize the figs<\/b><br \/>In a small skillet, heat the honey over medium heat. Add the fig quarters and balsamic vinegar. Simmer gently for 3 to 4 minutes, until the figs are tender and lightly caramelized.
